If you prefer to complete your taxes without an appointment with Don, we invite you to try to participate in our SmartVault Secure File Sharing method of providing your information to us followed by a phone/skype call meeting to address your specific circumstances!
We will strive to have your completed return by the filing deadline if ALL of your information package is received by us no later than February 15, 2021
For completed information received between February 16, 2021 and March 15, 2021, we will strive to complete your tax return as promptly as possible. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the completed tax return by the filing deadline. In the event that your return cannot be completed on time, our office will contact you to make arrangements to file an extension and complete the return shortly after the deadline - most likely by the end of May.
All Snail Mail packages received after March 15, 2021 will automatically go on extension to be completed as soon as possible. Our office will contact you with instructions as to how to proceed.
Please complete the appropriate year EXCEL Workbook as explained on the “Workbook” page. Once you have completed the Excel Workbook, we prefer for you to SmartVault Secure File Share the get the document to us. If you prefer to email, please email it to us at Contact@DrTaxGuy.com

If you Email or SmartVault Secure File Transfer the above documents, we will bill you upon the completion and delivery of your tax return. If you Snail Mail, please include a check for the base fee of $425($450 Married Joint Returns) plus FedEx with your package. Any additional fees that may be applicable will be invoiced and included in your Tax Package when returned to you.
Please be aware that all Snail Mail packages will be returned via FedEx 2 day mail delivery. A mailing fee of $35 will be added to your final invoice. You will be billed for any amount due above your initial deposit.
Please be sure to include your contact information with your package if different from that listed on your Excel Workbook information.
Within a week of receipt of your package, our office will contact you to confirm receipt and to request any additional information regarding completing your return. At that time, we will arrange a Zoom/phone/What’sApp/Skype appointment with Don if you so desire.
